How to Use

Add 2 heaped teaspoons to 250 mL of boiling water and brew for at least 3 minutes. Enjoy hot, cold, or as an iced tea. Best enjoyed daily as part of your evening wind-down routine.

Directions + Warnings

Dosage

Add 250 mL of boiling water to 2 heaped teaspoons (2 g) of herbal blend. Brew for a minimum of 3 minutes.

Hydrating Herbal Infusion Option

Continue adding boiling water to the same herbs throughout the day for a lighter infusion. Discard after 6 hours and prepare fresh.
